However, we do not guarantee instant responses, and there may be delays based on availability.

All educational content is provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied. We disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

In no event shall the Everglade Foundation, its co-founding partners, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the educational content provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Rules of Conduct:

Any form of misbehavior, including but not limited to harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior, will not be tolerated. Misbehavior may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or expulsion from the course without any refund.

Students must respect the rights of their peers and instructors. Any actions that interfere with the learning experience of others or violate the rights of any member of the educational community will result in immediate disciplinary measures.
