How We Use Collected Information:
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
- To contact the user regarding course updates and information.
- To identify the user and provide personalized educational content.
How We Keep Information Safe:
User information is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) servers. GCP ensures data security through encryption mechanisms and compliance with industry standards. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Clauses on Information Sharing:
User details are not shared with any non-governing third party without explicit user consent. The Everglade Foundation may share necessary information within its governing body and with co-founding members for operational purposes only.
Server Migration and Data Safety:
The Everglade Foundation reserves the right to migrate its servers away from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) without prior notice. During such transitions, data safety and security measures will be maintained throughout the process. Users will be informed of any significant changes, and the privacy policy will be updated accordingly with the new cloud service provider's name.
All data transmissions involving user data are encrypted using HTTPS and securely transferred through OpenSSH protocols.
